Prana client Mane Entertainment, an entertainment production company owned and operated by actor Tyler Mane (X-Men, Halloween) and his wife, comic veteran editor Renae Geerlings, is joining Lunar Distribution as part of Prana Publishing in August. Their debut release in the comic book direct market will be THE LAST SPARTAN: RED TAPE in stores on October 15, 2025.
THE LAST SPARTAN: RED TAPE is a high-octane story co-written by Christopher Priest (Black Panther), Tyler Mane (Halloween, X-Men), and Renae Geerlings, and features artwork by Will Conrad, Jimbo Salgado, and Michael Montenat, with a main cover by the legendary Marc Silvestri.
The book focuses on Frank Kane, the last known survivor of The Last Spartans MC, who walks a perilous path guided by ancient Spartan maxims. His journey takes an otherworldly turn as visions and omens from the old gods beckon him to break his parole and risk his freedom to rescue a kidnapped child from the clutches of Atlanta’s human trafficking underworld.
